About Me
Hi, I’m Rhianna—mom of four, Denver-based adventurer, and the itinerary-obsessed planner behind this travel blog.

Our family life is a little blended (two of my own kids, two amazing stepkids), a little busy, and full of curiosity. We call Denver, Colorado home, where I spend the warmer months running my garden design business, getting my hands dirty and creating outdoor spaces. But when I’m not working my regular job, you’ll usually find me planning our next trip—or already on one.
Travel has always been a huge part of my life, and I gravitate toward adventure travel. Our itineraries are rarely slow or relaxing in the traditional sense—they’re full, active, and packed with experiences. I travel in all kinds of ways:
- family trips with kids
- couples getaways with my husband
- girls trips
- multi-family adventures
- and the occasional solo journey
No matter the format, I love seeing how travel looks through different lenses.
I know firsthand that travel planning can be overwhelming, especially when you’re juggling work, family, and real life. That’s why I started sharing our trips—to offer inspiration, practical logistics, and honest reviews you can actually use. I aim to make adventure travel feel doable, even if your life is busy.
My travel style centers around the things I love most: nature, architecture, and food, mixed with fun and quirky experiences you won’t forget. I’m drawn to off-the-beaten-path destinations, but I’ll almost always check off the big “must-see” experiences on my first visit to a place—because sometimes the classics are classics for a reason.
If I had to pick a favorite country so far, it would be Japan. I’m currently planning my fourth trip—and this time, it’ll be our first visit as a family, which we’re incredibly excited about.
Whether you’re planning a big international adventure or just dreaming about your next escape, I hope this space gives you ideas, confidence, and the push to pack light and explore big.
